Motion blur is the use of shutter speed to take a picture of a moving objects, which then makes the background streaky/blurry and allows the subject to pop. You would use motion blur when photographing an objects that you want to make obvious that it's moving. Motion blur will make the subject look like its moving rapidly. To create motion blur successfully, on you camera you would use aperture, ISO, and most importantly shutter speed. Some challenges of trying to create motion blur is making sure all the settings are perfect so you can get the perfect amount of blur, while making sure the subject isn't blurry. To improve my motion blur technique, I need to give myself more time to be able to experiment with the settings to make sure they're right. Motion blur is difficult to achieve, for my first time, this was my best photo:
